When I started seeing Molly at Breathe in Motion almost two years ago, I had given up on ever rebuilding my physical strength and living a life without constant fear of pain. I spent 18 years with severe limitations in my workouts and visited many different health practitioners. Molly helped me find the root cause of my pain. With a combination of manual therapies and exercises, I've been able to dramatically increase my strength and variety in my workouts! Today, I'm feeling strong and confident enough to push my body in my workouts without the pain I had experienced for so long. This has been the best investment for my health and vitality!

Molly and the TEAM at Breathe In Motion has been my mind, body, and spirits "therapist" in so many ways. After the first session I had with Molly to work on my shoulders (which were not the ONLY problem), and the amount of different things she used on me to relieve my pain and improve my mobility, I was set on following her wherever she went. The diversity of what she offers to help your body accept help & heal, is by far one of the best tool she has, after her fun personality and warm welcome. She has built a team of incredible talent to help heal you, support you, and make you stronger! You will always feel safe, hopeful, and appreciative after every session with her and her team. Finding the right person to work on things that hurt, is very hard.....look no further that Breathe In Motion. You won't regret it.

I initially went the Breathe in Motion for a case of plantar fasciitis that would not subside. I received well-intentioned advice from others that dealt with this injury with no success. Within in a relatively short time period going to Breathe, I recovered and was back on the tennis court moving better than ever. They focused on the source of my injury rather than just the symptoms. By the time my the pain in my foot disappeared, my mobility and strength in my knees and hips also improved. I thought at age 60, reduced mobility and aching knees and hips were just part of the aging process. I should never have accepted that premise. My mobility is now as good as it’s been in years and I am no longer in pain after playing tennis. My only regret is that I didn’t realize the impact that a comprehensive approach to physical therapy could make much sooner.
